Why did NVSL move relay carnival a week earlier and do we think this change is permanent?

The PP you are quoting probably didn't want to read the thread on the schedule last fall either. Head planted firming in the sand but still complaining.

Ha - this is news to me thank you. So page 15 we get the answer - yes, they're planning for relay carnival the week before 4th of July again next year.
