You're definitely dating yourself old timer. Your point is valid though, VDA has a geographical advantage over the clubs you mention, but nothing like Richmond enjoys. It has always surprised me that Christian didn't move FCV (pre-STJ) down that way to take advantage of more opportunities for space. Still could I suppose. Enjoy it while it lasts... because nothing lasts in youth soccer. Richmond has no competition, Beach and Skyline would have been great ECNL options. Instead there will be 25 nova clubs before Richmond has to compete with anyone |
You heard it first from this Coach: the curriculum has nothing to do with VDA success. You're a moron, and no one should go to VDA knowing that they don't put any thought into their development. |
ODP dad is a coach now and soccer agent |

Don’t be an internet gangster and stop sounding like a D level coach who just graduated from an overpriced course. |
Every club has a different approach, Loudoun have numbers in the younger age groups and will hopefully be able to keep the top players as they move into recruiting age groups. No matter what anyone says being able to recruit and retain talent is what determines a clubs success |
Internet gangster? You caught me, my life has been ruined. Now I've heard everything. I'd rather be a gangster than a puffed-up want tobe upside-down pineapple licker.

Can you explain what you mean when you say VDA does not put any thought into their development? |
Go observe a practice to find out. |
We would love to have you. Please come and watch real player train. |
