It’s going to be at the corner of Highbridge and Fletchertown Rd.

And the three words that define Soleil's grace, luxury, and exclusive living- 'Prince George's County'

Farmhouse style is going to look sooooooooo dated in 10-15 years.

The mental gymnastics people on this forum execute is impressive. Spending a million dollars on a house in PG with “bad schools” is undesirable. But spending a million dollars in DC also with bad schools is not even something worth discussing.

Beautiful houses, but who is the buyer for this? The assigned schools are poorly ranked and the location is surrounded by generic subdivisions with minimal high quality retail.

Thoughts?

The same people buying +1,000,000 dollar homes in DC and parts of VA. WTF, do you think?

You know why they jump through the gymnastics, and it isn't nice.

There are so many quality of life issues in EOTP DC now and people are still buying. At least this place has a pool and safety.

This neighborhood is going to be right next to the train tracks on highbridge and fletchertown rd. I used to live about 3 mi away and I heard the trains. I don't want to spend 1M and hear trains up close.

I haven’t spent a ton of time in Bowie, but have been a few times and always liked it because it feels like one of the few truly integrated communities around here. Plus Baysox games are a blast.

It's a very affluent area. It's the same as Olney or Columbia or wherever.

Even the script on their site looks like Joanna Gaines approved it an Studio Mcgee sprinkled the gold foil on it.

I really like Bowie and I would send my kids to that school pyramid.

Is the train really loud, would you be able to hear it in that community?

For that price anywhere I'd want a fully custom house. They are nice houses but they don't scream that price.
