Bowie has a lot potential. There is a MARC station and a downtown. More construction and density in Bowie is good the whole DC Metro region. |

The developers filed Chapter 11. They have multiple lawsuits from other unfinished projects as well.

I don't understand bankruptcy, but I would guess whatever assets they still have get paid to whomever is the biggest player, which is probably people's salaries in construction. So the person with the deposit will probably loose it. (just a guess) |

This is Chapter 11 which I believe is a rearrangement of finances and less about loss of assets. |
