| Thank you thank you thank you! I so needed this. |
No spoilers but this is not a good season
|
I also just watched the first two. So depressing! |
|
This won’t give anything away so no worries about spoilers:
I liked the last episode. It definitely leaves potential for interesting storylines next season. That said, I disliked every other episode in the season. Except for Frankie and at times Val I could not stand how every other main character presented himself or herself this season. They just were plain unlikable. |
| I'm the PP who said I needed this. Just watched the first episode and I honestly don't recognize the show or the characters. Were they always this mean? I'm still going to watch but disappointed. |
Agree |
| It’s just .... bad |
| Agreed, super weak season. But the episodes are only 22-23 minutes to easy to hate binge. I’m sure I’ll stick it out to the bitter end. |
| So we’re all in agreement this season is bad. But what I can’t figure out is if it was always bad…? I mean, it still fits the Workin’ Moms mold of these very specific characters acting ridiculously. What’s different this time and why did I like the show before? |
|
I feel like the seasons have each become less interesting than the one before. The show doesn't have the novelty or energy of the first 2 seasons.
I watched the first 3 episodes of this season and then skipped to the last episode. |
The characters are now SO predictable. Vals little skit about being in a girl gang and everyone’s reactions fell flat. The charm of Kates comedic timing has worn over time. Weird pushing of cringe sex scenes and masturbation. There has been little to no character development at all. The teen daughter is literally the same story the past three seasons. |
Meant to say her comedic timing & charm. |
| I watched it quickly; it was fine. |
| What was with the weird mentioning of covid in the beginning and then it was never ever mentioned again? Seemed odd considering it was not a part of the story line at all. |
Yeah, that was weird. |
