Big wine shop in downtown Annapolis right near the harbor. I forget the name, but it's right next to the pizza joint. Walking over from eastport, bear left on Main street. It's on the left side of the street if you're looking up Main Street.

MoCo is weird about alcohol OP. Only certain stores of a grocery store chain can carry wine or beer in the county, or something like that. I've never understood the actual rules.

You have to make a special trip to one of these nasty little liquor stores instead. Unless you happen to live near a "special" grocery store or a beer and wine store.

You all clearly haven't been to PA if you're complaining about MD. Grew up in PA and when I moved to MD acquiring beer & wine got much easier!
