Another MCPS parent. Aren't you cute, paying for private then moving back to public before the kids are actually in school? I bet you're the kind of person who buys high and sells low
Seriously. MCPS is not opening in November. |
All these privates required contracts. Even with insurance you lost money after that amount of time. Why not stay the whole year and have stability for your kid and hi back next year to public. Private schools are not going to give you your money back. |

The letter is posted here:

I don’t think I’d be disappointed. Fewer kids in each cohort. Our private has been open on hybrid the entire trimester. But if people want to leave for public, I won’t discourage them. |
Likely has kids in both. |
| MCPS is not opening in 45 days. |
Spot on! Lol |
Just a few excerpts When health and safety conditions allow, we will begin a phased transition back to in-person instruction to ensure all students have the access and opportunity they need to reach their full potential while maintaining student and staff safety. ... To be clear, this does not mean that in-person instruction will begin in 45 days. Instead, it means that we can reopen impact bargaining and do more in-depth collaborative planning for the eventual return to instruction in buildings. |
They have done no such thing. |
| Bye |
What a sad sack you are coming in her trolling like this. Step away from the glue... |
On here |
You belong in public. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out! |
You can take the mom out of public, but you can’t take the public out of...well, you know. |
Nope! Did monthly contract for this very reason. We'll walk and see if they come after us. And no, we don't feel guilty. We pressed them on their re-opening plans and they were intentionally misleading to get us to enroll. Let them come after us. My husband's a lawyer - I'm not afraid. |
