I had a major crush on the CEO of my company. He was ok looking but he was so smart and charismatic and I had never met someone like that. He was at least 20 years older than me and when he retired last year I was almost grateful. I’m pretty sure that I wasn’t the only one who felt that way.

I think it must be yes. They might be more influenced by looks, too, but the chemical must be there. Yes, Putin. For real. I vehemently dislike what he stands for, and am both repulsed and sexually fascinated by him at the same time. I agree it might be chemistry or just the common attraction to power (or a weird attraction to disgusting?) but in any event, it is totally embarassing.
