You don’t have constitutional rights to visit or shop etc. if it endangers public health (as it does now during a pandemic). You really should have known that, OP. Lots of lawyers will take your case for a huge retainer and enormous hourly billing plus expenses. Start calling around. As they say, “a fool and his money are soon parted”.

I don’t agree with the OP, but I have been home with my children since Thursday, March 12, so 5.5 weeks. Definitely more than a month.

You can see who ever you want. No one is stopping you but most of us are following stay away orders. You can go to the stores that are open or shop online.

Agree with the hospital poster. Take a trip to NYC, go to the hospital and hang out a while. Not to worry, they have refrigerator trucks waiting to help you out if you don't make it home for your family to get you.
