Is that the old geezer insult du jour? Mel used it too. It didn't go well for him. |
| Honestly not sure what the question is here. |
The TL;DR: I don't know how to reject these two guys without ruining my chance with the other guy, and without alienating me from the whole group (friend is involved). Bonus points for someone who can tell me how to non-creepily get the guy I like's number. |
Your answer depends on your knowledge of game theory. Study up. |
Either inform us or keep it moving... |
Who the f-ck is Mel? |
Wow, even that went over your head. Time to get off the internet, oldie. |
Wow. You made so many mistakes and this is what you picked up from my response? Small wonder you got yourself into trouble and don't know how to get out of it politely. |

Oh for gods sake there is nothing wrong with giving out your number to guys you weren't sure about.
Is tall guy friends with the two guys you are texting? |
I believe so... he said he was kind of friends with someone there, not the host. I'm kind of new to the group so I dont know the dynamics well (And... thanks for this genuinely helpful and nice response) |
New poster here. OP isn't very bright. |
Another useless, typical DCUM response- begone! |
| Use the one-date rule. If they don't seem psycho, go on one date. Then when they ask for date number two, you say that you're not feeling a connection and wish them well. |
Thank you for this. I was thinking of agreeing to meet them for drinks, paying for myself since I'm not interested in romance, and then mentioning on the date- I'm not in the place for romance right now. But then I just dont want word to get around, if that makes sense. |
