Why do some rich people have terrible crooked teeth?

Because not everyone wants to suffer for something they don't attach much importance to.

It's harder to floss obviously.

It being very slightly harder, if at all, to floss your teeth because they're crowded doesn't mean that you'll have gum disease and cavities. You're talking out of your ass.

Teeth move a lot as you get older, unless you wear a retainer all the time. Happened to my DH, had perfect teeth in his 20s and now as he is approaching 50 his bottom teeth are moving and crowding. I wear a retainer at night to prevent that from happening.

I don't think middle age television personalities are going to get braces and sign themselves up for two years of treatment. Won't look good on camera and can impede speech. I think they are secure enough in their abilities and positions that they don't need to worry about their teeth.

Because to fix my bottom teeth - slight snaggle tooth on each side- I have to get a full set of braces or invisilign to correct my bite which will change with the correction of my bottom teeth.

I've had braces twice and my bottom teeth are still crowded and crooked. Braces won't fix the problem if there are too many teeth in a too small jaw. I had teeth pulled to make room but they're still not enough space. Now palate expanders are more common. And permanent retainers.

I find imperfection sexy. I am so tired of highly waxed, botox'ed, filler filled people with fluorescent white chicklet teeth!!
