What I said was that people who make statements that call HUD inconsequential third tier agencies care nothing about the important work that they do to house the poor and downtrodden in this country. I also offered my opinion about repugnant republican policies that care nothing for people in need. Your narcissism made it about you. Your lack of reading comprehension is really an issue you should address immediately.

| Oh, no! The Castro flack is back! And calling' racist' every one who thinks that Castro is too green and inexperienced to be a heartbeat away from the Oval Office. How old are you, hon'? Come back when you're 23. |
| Me, and everyone else who agrees with me on this forum. |

Racists and agists. They will never give a brown or black person any credit no matter how accomplished they are. They already demonstrated that amply with President Obama.
|
| "Agists" (sic)? Did I actually guess right? |
And let's not forget the mysogynists. Apparently to these deranged people Hillary Clinton somehow has no accomplishments.
|
The how to explain the support of Dr. Ben Carson and Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio in the GOP?? |
The problem is, your guy/client Castro is not terribly accomplished. |
Like herman cain, they'll never be the republican presidential nominee. Even though cruz and rubio are white.

To be fair, the US housing market is at least in part driven by people like my wife who insist on a SFH. With that said, she did give urban living a fair chance but that was in the early 2000s. The decline of older suburbs might accelerate in that case as folks who now live in a 600k 1950s rambler in Rockville for affordability reasons could buy a classic 6 in the area formerly known as Woodley Park. Folks who want shiny and new on a limited budget would still live further out though. Not sure if Clarksburg/South Riding would become war zones as shiny and new lovers can now afford to build anew in Rockville and Wheaton (and the former residents of those areas flee further out) or if the HOAs would prevent the worst of the social ills from taking root. |
Getting to 10 or 20% in a poll is not the same as winning the nomination. |
True. But unlike Cruz in Texas and Rubio in Florida, Castro would have a very difficult time even winning statewide office in his home state of Texas. |
What the heck is the "area formerly known as Woodley Park"?! |
