Me too. It's easy enough to find a qualified nanny who is not beautiful. DH has a wide range of looks he's attracted to but he's very judgmental about weight and would never go for someone even "average" size. If you don't have some hot young thing in your house, then you don't have to worry about some hot young thing.

OP I have actually known of a nanny who took off with her employer's husband and they now have a baby together.

If she has experience and good references it means that someone hired her and was happy with her.
We had a young hot nanny and the only problem we had is excessive attention from the firefighters when she visited our local fire station with DC.

No, I would not hire her. But I don't agree with this PP. It's possible the nanny knows she's so attractive and therefore makes a point of letting potential employer moms know she's not single. Strategic, not inept with boundaries.
