Curious: how often do you have sex and what is your children's bedtimes?

I agree, but as long as two low drive people have found each other it works our perfectly. I'm very high drive and so is DH. Thank God for us, both of us have kept pace with each other. I feel so bad when people are sexually mismatched. Must be miserable for the person left holding their wiener.

I guess if they're both low drive, sure, but it never works out that way. One person will pretend it's fine because they don't want the rejection of trying more.

These threads always fascinate me because the folks here are having way more sex than all my friends.

We are in the rare category. I am curious about the age of some of the people who are having it 3-4 times per week or more. We had out kids later than some. We were 2-3 per week or more until kids but since then, it decreased a lot. I think we are both ok with it and honestly, I would not be happy if it was 3-4 days per week (I guess that means my drive is lower than that). I enjoy it but I don't miss it very much. And frankly, when I am really horny, it is rarely a good time.

We have sex 2-3 times a week. We don't have sex at night. We have sex in the morning, before the kids get up, usually between 5:30 am and 6:30 am.

If you don't know for sure that you are both ok with it, then both of you aren't ok with it. Sad.

Six times a month.

Kids are in bed by 9 on weekdays. If they stayed up until 10, we'd have sex 4 times a month or fewer.

Wife here. I just take a lot of "naps." H is just not a very sexual person.

Almost everyone I know has sex once or twice a week, except for one girlfriend, who has it 3-5 times a week. Of course, she doesn't work or volunteer on a regular basis, has a house cleaner and has one school aged child. Given that life, I'd be happy to have sex 3X a week. Nothing else to do!

The problem with that time of day is that my DH would much rather sleep than have sex. He needs 9 hours a night.

We have a teenager who is routinely up until 11 - and wakes up pretty early in the morning too. So we're lucky to get in once a week.
