Latisse and Retin-A. Ah, the joys of getting old. In another 10 years my answer might be Milk of Magnesia.

is it calcium and magnesium or just magnesium by itself?

Just magnesium. I consume enough dairy that there is no need for me to add even more calcium into my body.

500mg each night before bed. Last night I slept 9-6AM and don't even think I rolled over once. I feel like a million bucks.

Never heard about magnesium supplements for sleeping- I'll have to look into this as I can't seem to get a good night's sleep anymore.

No magnesium oxide does not have the effect one. I'm sure I'd have an issue with magnesium sulfate.

+ 1.

Magnesium and D3 and Calcium for me. At night, before sleeping. My thyroid has also improved because of this regimen.

Getting a good nights sleep is the best way to keep your skin looking great. Without a good nights sleep after the age of 35, you look haggard. Period.

retin-A.

That and regular use of sunscreen are the only miracle cures out there. Everything else is snake oil.
