Wash out and my hair is so much healthier. pantene makes a Keratin repair shampoo, conditioner and leave in which is also amazing (I never see a difference with hair care products so if I notice a difference, it's probably huge).

I also do oil pulling. A little coconut ooil (or sesame oil) on a spoon and swish it around your mouth for up to 20 minutes. I can only last 5-8 minutes but hope to work my way up to 20.

Teeth are so much cleaner. They don't feel icky in the morning either.

Do not spit coconut oil down sink or you will ruin plumbing. Must spit in the trash.

Oh I have read about this and want to try. I heard it heals cavities? Does it whiten? How long have you been pulling? Once a day?

It doesn't do anything other than fill your mouth with oil

Their products have completely transformed my skin. The cleansing oil is amazing. I was a little hesitant to use the products since its mostly oils and I have oily skin but now I will never go back to a cream product!

Where do you go for this? I've been tempted to buy a box of clairol and do it myself!

I use coconut oil on my face as a nightly moisturizer. My skin is very sensitive and dry. Coconut oil works great and is way cheaper than the expensive creams I was using previously.

That and regular use of sunscreen are the only miracle cures out there. Everything else is snake oil.

Agree!

Another vote for retin A and sunscreen.

Also another vote for coconut oil on my dry hair.

Smashbox eye pencil in "Demolition." Applies easily and color is just right for neutral emphasis of my smallish eyes and almost nonexistent eyelashes.
