Which of the T5-10 is most prestigious?

Some of you are no fun. You’re asked a simple unserious question and you have to jump on the opportunity to sound smart and judgy. The question is which school do *you* think is most prestigious; most people have an opinion on that. If you’re asked what’s your favorite food, just say your favorite food. Don’t go it depends, is it a full moon and am I menopausal? Am I trying to lose weight or cooking for my local soup kitchen? It’s a simple question; don’t overthink it.

Columbia? Not even in the conversation. USNEWS has it ranked at #15 any may soon drop out of top 20.

That is what happens when you can no longer fake statistical reporting like Columbia did for decades. Not even being located in NYC can save it now.

For internationals, Columbia followed by UChicago.

Did Columbia also falsify data it reported to Times/QS/Shanghai rankings?

Not looking for a lecture on fit or prestige. People can be curious about different things.

No idea about prestige ranking, which is subjective.
But in terms of ranking by where the top kids go: Penn, Columbia, NU, Duke, Chicago. NYC bias.

I would say San Francisco 49ers.

The question is “in your community”. If your community happens to be internationals in Asia, UC Berkeley may even crack the top 5

I regret to inform you that most people do not, in fact, have an opinion on the relative prestige of these five schools. It’s not a normal thing to ask like asking about favorite foods.
