….and why can I see Meg’s underwear? Good grief. |
At least the Wales' are wearing some green, even though what is with the daffodils? My Christmas cards are better, and my friends' Christmas cards are a million times better than mine, and we make them at CVS! |
lol some people love photoshop. |
You can see Harry's too so they match. |
Oh yes, you are right. 😂 |
|
It's actually semi-relatable because they clearly hired a photographer and chose a location and got everyone dressed up to take a family photo, but Harry's pants are sagging and his shirt's coming untucked, Archie's pose is awkward, Lillibet's hair is frizzing out and her shoes don't really match her outfit (maybe she threw a fit about wanting to wear her silver shoes like my kid would), and Meghan's dress is transparent in the sunlight.
Like... this is how our family photos go as well. And then you pick the one that looks the best and call it a day. Or in their case, pick the one where you can't see their kids' faces that looked the best. I remember one year my DH and I got into a huge fight right before taking our family photo for our Christmas card, because he was engaging in like his least useful ADHD behavior just as I was trying to wrangle us out the door (he became convinced he needed to bring our camera and a tripod to the shoot and take a "backup photo" using that and a remote that he needed to download to his phone in case the professional photos didn't come out -- this is legitimately the most insane thing he's ever done and I was trying to convince my DD to wear one of the three dresses I had picked out instead of her oversized soccer jersey while he was doing this). And then DH and I fought all the way to the photo shoot because when I told him to please stop with the camera/tripod thing, he got very hurt and accused me of caring more about impressing people with our photo than about him. Seriously one of our worst fights ever. Ironically, our holiday photo came out amazing that year, probably the best all around photo we've ever taken as a family, and when I look at it I only think of that fight. I vastly prefer the photo we used the next year, which was a group selfie I took of us in the car on our way to the beach. So.... yeah. Relatable. |
| This is such a strange choice of a photo for a holiday card. The photographer must have taken a bazillion photos and she chose this one to send out to millions of people? The one where her dress is see through, his pants are sagging, and the children are oddly placed. Even if this was the only good photo, I can’t believe that no one on their team suggested photoshopping the image to remove all these issues. |
| The kids look fine. The adults need to wear appropriate clothing. |
| Does anyone else think there is some AI going on, considering that Lili looks taller than Archie despite being what, 2 years younger? Archie looks like a 3 year old. |
| Why not just do a card with the 2 of them and leave the kids out, is what I keep thinking. So it's not just a weirdly posed picture of everyone's profile so you can clearly see the underwear, the unbrushed hair, the sagging pants... like why. |
+1 |
| Well, that is just bad. Pretty much everyone who sent me a card cleans up better than this. |
And greasy unkempt hair. Just, why? |

They all look so disheveled and awkward both individually and with each other.
The girl’s hair definitely needs to be brushed and cut. What up with the weird photoshopping his bald spot with tree leaves? It is just such a bad Christmas card. So I looked up William’s. It looks classy while Harry’s looks so trashy. Here is William’s: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c9975zk98kyo |
