No. A mechanism to achieve the announced aim is required. Trump doesn’t have one and neither did they. (It’s the same reason for all of them—lack of political will. Trump is just also willing to openly maneuver as a baldfaced liar.)

I don't agree with anything else he's doing, but this is a good idea, if it works. Which it won't because it's a Trump "plan." He's incapable of planning or building anything except his own wealth (by grift).

Trump is quite aware that this EO will be overturned by courts.

When drug companies bribe politicians in this country with campaign funding, this is what happens with drug prices. Trump doesn't need to be bribed by the drug companies and is doing what is right for the American people.

Trump said he would build a wall to completely secure the border during his first term. Where is that wall? I'll believe reduced prescription drug prices when I see reduced prescription drug prices.
