| I use self checkout so fewer people handle my stuff. At least one person less. |
See, I'm of the opinion that taking bags without pay isn't stealing. They are used to facilitate the transaction. I need them to carry the product. Never mind the fact that the mark up on them is 10000% |
| My moral compass directs me not to steal. SMH |
Sure, the same Giant that lets homeless people walk off with $500 grocery carts all the time keeps tabs on a single individual miscoding vegetables over months and months and is just waiting to pounce.

Never. Not only is it wrong, Getting caught shoplifting would be humiliating.
Harris Teeter has very sophisticated cameras where clerks can play back in front of you what was scanned and put in the bag. Likely other stores do too. |
It is irrelevant what you think. The law says you have to pay for it. You don't get to pick and choose which laws you follow. |
Agree and I've never stolen anything. If I forget to ring something up I go back or leave it in the cart. |
1) stop making shit up. 2) you are welcome to attempt to walk out with $500 worth of groceries to see if you can get away with it too, keyboard warrior. |
The store isn't making the money, it's a bag tax. |
THIS THIS THIS Hope you aren't teaching your kids to be garbage humans. |
Costco does too. I accidentally forgot to scan one item and they knew exactly what it was and asked about it when I got to the door. No, I wasn't trying to steal. $4 bag of apples isn't something I need to steal nor do I need to make a point. |
Do you cheat on your taxes, too? |
