Align is the thinnest, streichiest. If they are tryly an 18/20, or even a 12/14, they may be squeezing into aligns in a much smaller size but it is not comfortable and they are stretched thing. This model's skin is close to the pant color, which probably conceals how transparent they've become if they're a 6.
I find Lululemon leggins to be true to size, and size up for the more compressing ones or shorts that you want to not dig in mid-leg. I am 5'7'', 135, size 6 leggings and have some shorts in an 8. Could do a 4 in align. |

I wear a 31/12 jeans and 12 in LLL leggings.
My daughter is similar to the above person, 5’4”, 120, fit, wears a 4 in all her jeans and 4-6 everything LLL. |
| 0/2, LLL 4 fits best |
| I'm 115 lbs, wear 2/4, and buy Aligns in size 6 because I'm older with a vertically compressed waist and have a muffin top if I go smaller. A 4 would give more support if I were willing to wear loose tanks. The bras and bra tanks I wear in a 10 because my rib cage hurts if smaller. Athleta is small leggings and medium bra tanks. |
| I am 16/18 and wear a 14 in aligns. I have some 12s from pre-kids and they are not comfortable to squeeze into. No way I would be able to get into a 6. |
Lol that person is clearly over 200 pounds no way she could get into a 6/8 bottoms unless she cut them in half she's probably a size 20 |
| My 13-year-old DD wears a 14 or XL in girls sizes and a 4 in Lulu. |
Ugh. My daughter is an 18/20 and this is what they advised when she tried clothes on. Sure, they fit that day and she liked the smaller size, but they’re now sitting in my drawer. |

I don't know which LL leggings i have but they are a 6. I normally wear a 2/4. I don't even wear them because all my cheaper leggings are more comfortable.
I needed an 8 in the matching jacket and I have a flat stomach and skinny torso (but broad shoulders) |
| Size 8 jeans. Size 10 LL. I have also worn a 12. Just depends on fit and opacity. |
Maybe they thought she meant 18/20 in girls' sizes. A girls size 16 is roughly the same measurements as a woman's size 4. So a girls 18 would be about a 6. |
This young lady is an Educator at Lululemon and a regular size 16 wearing a size 6 align, she shared she is an 8 in wunder trains and 10 in others like fast and free.

Jean = 6
LLL = 12 |
| Jeans-6, LL-8 |
| 0-25" waist in most trou and I have worn a 4 in LLL in the past. I don't wear LLL anymore, however. |
