I believe this carjacking/killing was by an adult woman. Hopefully the sentence will be significantly more than what the teen girls got.

The elderly woman was in the front passenger seat, this was not a case of someone vulnerable in the back being missed initially.

The carjacking was AT WHC not near it.

I’m all for blaming stuff on dc government but I don’t really get how this is that unless we find out the woman had a record. This doesn’t sound like kids joyriding, it sounds like a crazy/distressed person from the hospital.
