Women COULD cheat more because they are SMARTER than men. Who gets caught far more often? MEN. Or because men are bad at hiding their affairs and men are so oblivious to problems that they don't even notice their wives are cheating? So many options.

Lol. Men get caught more because eventually the other woman goes batshit crazy when he won't leave his wife and she blows up his world. Men do not do that

That’s not how math works.

It might be a myth, but not because of math. One woman could be having sex with hundreds of men or vice versa.

The only way the average woman has fewer partners than the average man is if homosexual men have more partners than homosexual women (which might very well be true - I'm not making a claim either way here). Assuming the total population is X men and X women, every new heterosexual partnership adds 1/X to the average for both men and women.

How far did you get with math? It’s very possible for the median woman to have fewer partners than the median man even if the arithmetic average is equal. To use the arithmetic average to represent the typical man or woman is very inaccurate if the distribution of partners is skewed and skewed in different ways for men and women; median or mode is best to represent a typical individual of either sex.

I think both cheat about equally. However women may tend to justify their cheating more than men. Women often have a disarming argument namely the lack of emotional support to justify their cheating. Men cannot claim that because we can suppress our emotions and be just fine.

Hey I may be wrong and I am sure women will say I am 100% wrong. Just my opinion
