Can anyone tell me what the Chief Experience and Engagement Officer does? It definitely sounds wasteful. Also why do schools need an assistant principal? That seems incredibly wasteful to me. Each school could save on average $150K by eliminating these VP positions.

You could probably buy each student text books for that money.
