| I do this too, but only in the summer. My legs get too cold in the fall to wear skirts, and I hate tights. But I live in skirts all summer, even for housework. |

99% or the time.
DH definitely appreciates |
| NP and I do too. I don't own any pants or jeans. I do have some pajama shorts. I have skirts I only wear around the house or to put out garbage, etc. |
|
yes, love it! so easy .
|
| I prefer dresses and they are my default go-to for shopping but I don't wear them every day, I'd say I am 80-20 dresses to non-dresses. They are just easier and more comfortable to me. |
| Yes, all the time! My legs are still great looking so must show them off! |
| I don’t even wear skirts, I only wear dresses and have done so for years. I just like the way they look on me better than the other options. People do comment on it a lot so I do think it’s unusual. |
This is also my conundrum-other than flip flops or Birkenstocks I don’t know what shoes to wear with skirts/dresses . |
|
Not every single day, but most days: yes! I have a hard-to-dress figure - hourglass, 5’3, long-waisted, with strong shoulders. Finding tops that are sufficiently long and don’t draw too much attention to bust is not easy, and dresses are very flattering on me.
I wear shift dresses and wrap dresses to work, and casual dresses for everyday. You can change the look of each easily depending on shoe and layering (cardigan, jean or leather jacket, blazer). It’s also easier to look more out together and also makes it seem as though you’re putting more effort into your appearance (although I personally find it more challenging matching tops and bottoms). I love dresses. |
You’re never too old to mix dresses and sneakers: life is meant to be lived. I’ve been having fun wearing casual dresses with high top black Chuck Taylor’s. |
| Every day in college, OP? Even in winter? |
Why are you skeptical? NP but I actually only ever wear pants in the summer. I don’t really wear jeans but I like flowy lightweight pants that are summer only. Winter is dresses and skirts all season unless I’m very casual in leggings. |
|
Yes. Winter has been tough for dresses and skirts in recent years ever since pantyhose were relegated to the old lady bin. Most of my dresses and skirts do not look good with black tights. I do wear them with boots if it is not too warm.
Everything has pockets--I have even taken skirts and dresses to the seamstress to have pockets added. I almost never carry a purse. I garden in old pants and do wear pants if there is a chance of mosquitoes. I had no jeans in college but did have a couple of pairs of pants for colder weather. I now own one pair of jeans. Shoes vary--heels, flats, sneakers or sandals depending on the season and where I am going. |
| When my kids were little, I wore dresses 95% of the time. I had very little extra mental bandwidth, and I only wanted to make ONE decision about clothes-- no picking out outfits. Just pick a dress-- boom, done. |
| I recently lost 149 pounds on ww. I spent 15 years hiding my body, and now I’m slowly buying a new wardrobe. For years all I wore are leggings and jeans. Now that I’m a size 6, it’s skirts all day every day!!! |
