This is just not accurate. You can make a difference in 6 weeks, and I think that’s all OP was asking |
do yoga, walk a couple miles a day in addition to doing leg exercises.
|
Thanks! This is great advice. I’m not hoping to look perfect, just a slight improvement. I’m already in a good calorie deficit so I’ll take your advice about the exercises and give it a try! Thanks again! |
Yea you can. I did it to my entire body. A massive transformation in 6 weeks to get ready for a photo shoot (I’m a “mature” model) I was already thin, but looked flabby. I probably would have been kicked off set has I arrived in the condition that I was in when they booked me. And you know what I used as my guide? Tiktok. Yes tiktok routines. |
OP you've gotten some solid advice here, most of which I agree with. Just want to add that no matter what, if you implement these changes you'll absolutely feel more confident about yourself in 6 weeks. Enjoy your vacation! |
Huh not sure who you think I am but I definitely don't bring up boobs every time and I an correct in that one can not spot reduce or decide where the fat they lose comes from. Genetics decide that. |
So you were already in a good place. Really depends on where you are starting from. |
What I have going for me is I’m genetically thin and tall. OP hasn’t indicated that’s she’s overweight. |
It’s not “spot reducing.” It’s building muscle which will make her thighs slimmer, stronger, and make her feel more confident. |
Truth |
and one can not build muscle in 6 weeks especially if also in a deficit and trying to lose fat. if building muscle was that easy we'd all be ripped..lol |
DP: Can you share with TT accounts you follow for routines? I'm in a gym rut and want to bump up my routine. Thanks! |
You may not be able to build bigger muscles, but you can definitely strengthen what you already have. And when you lose body fat, your muscles will look more defined which can give the appearance of bigger muscles. |
Lately I’m following katb_fit on IG. Great 20min routines. |
Nothing is changing in 6 weeks, hun. |
