No need to be a dick.

If honesty make me a d*ck then so be it. Better than leading OP to believe there is anything she can do in 6 weeks to tone her legs or being like people on-line who sell BS programs. Should I tell her to do some crazy diet or exercise program that won't really do anything in 6 weeks?

People who have toned legs either A. have great genetics or B. have spent yearS working on them. You can not gain muscle and "tone" anything in 6 weeks. best bet would be to go on a strict diet to lose weight, but where the fat comes off isn't guaranteed could end up with the same legs but small boobs. Most "toning" is really just low enough body fat to see muscle you already have.

Bullsh$t. You absolutely can make significant changes in your body in 6 weeks. 100%. You are a dick for bringing up boobs every time.

PP is actually absolutely right. I have been lifting for years, I can squat 225 and deadlift 300, while wearing a size 2 but my legs still do not look very toned simply because that is where I hold all my fat. Yes, you can change some in 6 weeks, but most of that visual change would have to come from fat loss. Noone builds visible leg muscle in 6 weeks.

+1

There is also a difference in lifting weights for strength vs to hypertrophy. Someone can be strong without having physically larger muscles. Power lifters and body builders train differently. One only cares about strength while the other cares about size.

I am the PP to whom you are responding. I train in a powerbuilding fashion, meaning I am focusing a bit on both. Based on several measurements I have done, I am close to maxed out on what can be achieved naturally in terms of muscle for my frame. So my point remains. You can have plenty of muscle and still not look "toned". My legs did not have much definition even with total body fat in mid teens and completely jacked upper body. I also had no boobs and a face of a zombie. My whole point is that women should be realistic on what can be achieved even over a long time of lifting. If your genetics do not support lean "toned" legs you will certainly not obtain them in 6 weeks.
