Oh, it’s Keswick? I posted earlier with no sympathy, but, I bet you’re annoyed partially because the people you dealt with probably didn’t have great customer service skills. I stayed there recently and the staff was NOT five star. They were more like people you’d find working in a nineties grunge record store. It woulda been fine for a courtyard Marriott but not a five star. |

This was clear as day on their website when booking:
Full prepayment is required at time of booking and it is refundable according to the rate cancellation policy. Cancel Policy Cancel by 4PM - local time - 14 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% of total stay penalty fee. Either get another sitter or take the kids. |
