I posted earlier with no sympathy, but, I bet you’re annoyed partially because the people you dealt with probably didn’t have great customer service skills. I stayed there recently and the staff was NOT five star. They were more like people you’d find working in a nineties grunge record store. It woulda been fine for a courtyard Marriott but not a five star. [/quote]
