This is going to be amazing! My girls are too little to take, but I'm taking my BFF!

I’m old now, so the book came out when I was in 6th grade. I was a complete bookworm/nerd (still am!) so when I introduced this book to the girls in my class my popularity shot up, momentarily at least.

So excited!! And thrilled that Judy Blume has approved of it. I wrote her a fan letter when I was in middle school and I got a letter and signed photo of her back!

I've seen her twice--once at a dinner party and once on the street in NYC--and I was completely undone both times. I love all her books (for kids, teens, and adults) but the one that stuck with me the most is Starring Sally J. Freedman as Herself."

I thought Rachel McAdams was Jennifer Gardner for half of that trailer.

I predict only moms will be in the theater. My 11 and 14 year olds would not be caught dead seeing this, especially with me. They are too cool for school now. Sigh.

She said it in a today show interview. She said she absolutely loved the movie and is very happy with how it came out.

Really? I kind of wish they had updated it. DD is definitely not going to get the belts/pad thing if they include that.
