NOPE. Locked entry way.

How does the Amazon driver get into a locked entryway?

Under "delivery instructions" on amazon you can put in your code for locked gates, doors, entry ways...

But do you generally put your neighbor's code? RIF

Let me help you: Google: Amazon keys for business.

My DH suggested we take a package that was misdelivered to us once - I could not believe he was serious!

Thanks, I did they are sending another one.... Just sick of the dishonest people around here. It's exhausting. This has happened to me twice and I brought the people their package and I don't get the same back.

I totally understand, op. Dishonest people suck. Hopefully, the item wasn't something of value that thief can gain from.

Someone stole my groceries in 2020 - I was so annoyed!

Thank you, I've given packages back twice that was misdelivered yet I don't the same back. Tired of people like this around here.

That's gross and tells you everything you need to know about your DH especially, if you are well off.

They may have the code. Amazon has our garage code and puts our packages inside the garage.

Same they have both our gate code and the garage code.

I ordered a towel that was delivered to the wrong house. Our address was 850 and they delivered it to 805. I saw the picture and walked over there about an hour after it was delivered. The person who answered the door said they already used it, told their kid to go get it from the bathroom, and then tried to hand me a wet used towel. It was weird.

Like the person got the package that wasn’t for them, opened it immediately and thought, “wow! An unexpected towel! I think I’ll take a midday shower.”

Are you sure it's their doorway - lots of front doorsteps look alike.

And how did the Amazon guy get into THEIR locked gate?

Presumably, the driver has the access code to your gate.

This still doesn’t answer PP’s question. She didn’t say she lives in an apartment complex. The Amazon delivery guy, if she uses key, would have her code, not the neighbors.
