| Amazon delivered the package to a neighbors door. They sent me a picture of my package on their door step. I went next door to retrieve package and its not there and neighbor says they don't know anything about it even after showing them the picture of it at their door. I can't get over the kind of rude and dishonest people in this area. It's mind boggling. |

That reminds me of this
|
| Or it was stolen from their doorstep. |
NOPE. Locked entry way. |
How does the Amazon driver get into a locked entryway? |
NP. Unlikely. I’ve also had this happen. I saw Amazon deliver a package and the neighbor across the street took it into their house. I only realized it was mine when Amazon sent me the picture. That neighbor is unbalanced so I didn’t confront them. |
They may have the code. Amazon has our garage code and puts our packages inside the garage. |
| I think you contact Amazon and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. |
Under "delivery instructions" on amazon you can put in your code for locked gates, doors, entry ways... |
But do you generally put your neighbor's code? RIF |
| Contact Amazon via chat. Unless this is a habitual occurrence they will refund or redeliver. |
Amazon key for business and you can also give amazon your codes. |
| No trying to be difficult, just trying to figure out. If this is a code for several residents then any of them could have taken it. If it is a code for entry for just the one neighbor why did the driver use that code instead of yours? |
Thanks, I did they are sending another one.... Just sick of the dishonest people around here. It's exhausting. This has happened to me twice and I brought the people their package and I don't get the same back. |

Sorry that happened, OP. Contact Amazon and explain.
