Robinson overwhelmed Alexandria City 14-1 last night after a slow 1st quarter start (4-0) from Robinson. AC goalie was amazing in stopping doorstop shots but he was kept busy most of the game as AC team wasn't able to clear the ball most of the game, hold the ball for long when they did and didn't put hardly any shots on goal. Robinson showed lots of ball movement, their usual hustle and some sick highlight worthy takeaway checks from longpoles and mids.

Yeah don't see Robinson relinquishing this top spot at least during regular season. Their remaining schedule doesn't look that formidable other than 1 game against Lake Braddock. Granted they've played some tough teams - Yorktown Madison, Oakton - already.

Robinson always in the mix, coach is doing it right and has been great to see them for decades now be the team to beat, year in and year out.

Just based on the scores it seems like it is Robinson and then a bunch of similar teams between 2-6 that could beat each other any given day. Will be interesting to see who can step up and give Robinson a game come playoff time.

Anyone know if Madison/Yorktown game is being streamed anywhere tonight (3/31)? Doesn't look like it's listed on NFHS network at all(?).

It is at Yorktown and I don't think they have NHFS cameras there. I don't remember any Yorktown home games being streamed last year.

John Champe is 6A now and plays in the same District as Battlefield/Patriot.

Thanks - LaxNumbers still has them listed as 5A and I forgot they moved up. They got crushed either way and probably not the #7 team in Virginia.

Yorktown streams all of their games on Youtube. I don't think any of the Arlington schools use NHFS.

Madison has it listed as an L on their homepage so I'm guessing they agreed to call it final.

I heard Lake Braddock beat West Potomac 22-4?! Can someone confirm? I would think it would be a closer game, both teams with high level D1 recruits.
