Maeve
Hazel
Vera
Ava

OP here, I like Vera but am concerned about Veer-uh vs Vare-uh. I want to be sure the pronunciation is obvious. Such a pretty name though.

OP here. Lots of people like June. She won’t be born in June - will this be a thing people will always ask?

I also like PP's suggestion of Daisy.

I would NOT give her a name that starts with "R" -- I don't like the idea of siblings with the same first initial for some reason. Here are some others I like:

Nora
Cleo
Poppy (another flower name, I know, but less obvious)
Alice
Dora
Holly
Kate
Vera
Maggie
Molly
Sadie

OP here. My husband mentioned a while ago that he likes Holly. I guess I associate it a lot with women my age (I’m 39). Do you think it is classic?

I think it hits a sweet spot of being familiar but not super popular. It's also quite a bit more common in other English-speaking countries (very popular in the UK I know). So yes, I think it falls in a "classic" category, though it is not my favorite on this list.

OP here. No Gloria fans? That was my grandma’s name and she was wonderful. I guess that’s one of the old lady names that won’t become cool again.

Lila or Lilah
Juliet
May (since you like June)
Talia
Celine

Just some extra ideas for you.

Haha I love that song! My other grandma was Donna. Another catchy song, but not a great baby name.

I'm a no on Gloria - still reads as old lady to me vs. Brooklyn hipster.

June is my favorite from your list.
