I am 65 and have never owned a Lily dress. They all look the same to me!

I'm petite, so their stuff fits me well. I have a handful of solid navy/white/pink things I bought there that are decent quality. I wish they'd do more of that.

I love that one. It doesn't look very Lilly like, except for the signature zipper in the back.

I buy them for my daughter. I stopped buying them for myself because everything got super short. I'm on the tall side and the dresses we inappropriately short on me.

I thought that Lilly try to stay the same fashion wise on purpose. They don’t change styles that much.

No, it used to be very preppy resort wear and now it's something middle class people from New Jersey and the midwest wear because they think it's what rich people on the east coast wear. Not interested.

I have some of my mother's old Lilly dresses from 30 years ago and the quality is so incredible compared to the stuff I see now. I only wear the old pieces in FL and have not bought anything recently.

Palm Beach is just retirees. The average age is more than 70 years old. They were literally all NJ housewives 5 years ago. Or still are for half the year (keeping a foot in florida to avoid state income taxes....). They are for all intents and purposes tourists, not Floridians. Citing PB as proof that people in Florida wear LP pretty much proves the point of the first PP above. If that's the rich florida look you are going for, you be you.

I can happily report that there was plenty of Lily in Miami when we were there in November. Are you going to claim that Miami is filled with NJ housewives who are more than 70 years old? Really?
