Kim Kardashian West hosts SNL

I wondered about the Skims, though. I've worn my share of body shapers and hate the longer ones that cause the sausage casing look on the thigh. I've actually avoided them, or changed outfits because of that look.

Surely someone noticed this on Kim's legs when she introduced Halsey the first time. Is that an "acceptable" look or did she do it on purpose to show she wears her product?

This intrigues me - why do you DVR it? Do you only have antenna or something? People still DVR stuff?

NP. What does an antenna have to do with anything? PP is saying they record the show to their DVR because they’re old, and not awake when the show is on.

NP. I still write checks to pay my bills. Come at me.

I'm old too but I'm wondering, why not DVR stuff? I record a couple of shows I like but don't want to have to watch when they're on. I guess I could look for them on demand or on Hulu or something but why not DVR if you have that capability? Then you can just watch them whenever you feel like it. For me it has nothing to do with not staying up late, I stay up until 2 am every night because I can.

We DVR to skip commercials.

I just watched on YouTube. She was great! I’ve never been a fan, but she is gorgeous! When she did the dating show skit, she liked amazing.

A mistake when she was young. Grace.

Straight edge doesn’t mean what you think it means. Or else you just wanted a chance to type “sex tape.”

My sling service has cloud dvr. I record things there.

I had a physical dvr up until we gave up fios right after the pandemic started.

We started with Hulu live, then ditched that when they raised prices and switched to sling and an antenna for local channels.

I'm the person who says they were intrigued by her DVR'ing the show. I just didn't realize people still DVR'd stuff when you can just stream it whenever. The only thing that is DVR'd in my household is a football game. I honestly thought people would just catch shows like SNL streaming vs. DVR'ing it.

Right-she’s reformed from her sex tape days? That’s why she posts naked pics on Insta?

Nope.

Plus she’s plastic AF

She’s notoriously a sex symbol. She’s also well known for not being into partying, drinking etc. I don’t see her as a “reformed” person nor do I think she is trying to convince anyone she is.

She should host again. I thought she was great!!

What show was I watching because I thought her monologue was tasteless and unfunny. Of course like anything that family does, the media wants you to convince you it’s fabulous.

I thought it was a great show. I think to some extent she’s been acting for years on her reality show so she has some experience.

I'm the og dvr'r. I hate streaming because FF is disabled on most shows (at least over comcast - not sure what others use). I like to skip commercials, artists I don't want to listen to, bad skits, etc.
