Bottom 25% are always on the chopping block of any team in any league at any time. That said, Spirit has some clear studs rostered already. And if you don't know that, then you haven't seen enough - or are knowledgeable enough to comment. There are also weak players as well - no one is denying that and Spirit already said that some players will be cut (though to my knowledge, they haven't specifically told them). Some players who aren't at that level already realized it for themselves (or their families did) and have already chosen not to even try to return.

Post a screen shot of an actual offer. I'm sure they hace sent emails showing interest. The roster isn't set, and people need to ignore the gossip and frenzy of an anonymous rumor mill like this discussion board.

Go to the ID sessions, follow the process, and ignore the gossip. I know for example a girl that was rumored to have gotten an offer, and her own father laughed and said it wasn't true, though Spirit was on his list. That is ONE example. I've been hearing rumors for months.

Go to the ID sessions, and let these parents who claim they have offers spread their gossip somewhere else.

We have an 06 going to Spirit tryouts. They are the best DA program in our area. We have been impressed with how professional and welcoming the coaches were. We will also consider McLean and Loudoun for ECNL but Spirit is probably our top choice.

For those at Spirit tonight-was there any significance to the red vs blue pinny teams at the end? Mix of 05 and 06 players it looked like.

Yes I think they were mixing up age groups at the end to see how the younger players did against older. The other group were primarily existing Spirit players that they rotated in to give 05 and 06 a rest.

Yes girls in Red pennies were stronger. At one point they play some of them vs spirit. The Red players seemed stronger than blue. What did you think?

That’s what I thought at first but I think they both scored equally and it seemed like more 05’s on blue team-but I never know how these things go. I guess we will find out this week sometime yea or no.

I do agree blue had some good players. One girl on the blue team made a nice lefty goal into the small net. She looked good. Big difference in the size of the goals. That was funny. 6x8 versus 8x24

Rosters aren't set. You are the one spouting BS. Rumors like these have come up before, and they are always debunked. But it doesn't look like anyone is naive enough to believe you, so I'll drop it. It is amazing the sharks that come out around tryout time.
