Even though what that FC Stars director says about concerns with DA player development with some girls only playing 15-20 minutes per game, the concerns about the combined DA age groups at U15/U16 forcing cuts and parental feedback - it was all for control and power.

Look at his picture closely, you can tell he is a power hungry megalomaniac. These founding ECNL clubs went into the DA with designs to tear it all down. And watch it burn!

And yes, they were given an ultimatum. That makes sense. One of these leagues forced them to decide. But he is sworn to secrecy like the Masonic Lodge does so he had to the tell reporter it was his clubs decision. You know, to make DA look weak. And DA does not want to control the PR so they just let it slide. This was the DA choice to dump these terrible clubs. DA is actually stronger now!

DA Dad - Someday you may realize that what you are doing - right now - is typical for someone who loses a debate. When you realize that your logic is a house of cards and what you wrote makes no sense it is common to resort to name calling and trying to change the argument.

Nobody said death spiral. But DA is weaker with those 3 clubs leaving. And they are leaving because they are doing what they think is best for their club and girls. There is no conspiracy. They went into DA with the best intentions and after one year it’s a philosophical difference. That is my argument.

If DA had beem weakened then ECNL has been disamated. ECNL is fighting back and USSF is acting arrogant as if they can't lose this war. Foolish of them.

Anyone who played ECNL last year in the MA division knows it's not the same. Those Carolina teams are low level EDP teams.

There are still some very good ECNL clubs and teams around that are better then DA. Without question. However, the league is substantially weaker then DA.

That is my point.
