Every day we see her after some new tragedy, she's wearing a different outfit with a different hat. She looks ridiculous. She's not just an embarrassment to the country, she's an embarrassment to you and the president. She deserves to be removed from her job, and if not impeached."

It’s been a complete failure. We should be deporting tens of thousands of illegals and criminals every day.

Your could be living that ridiculous dream but instead you have an army of morons executing innocent American citizens in the street.

Vance: "What's not reasonable is for so many of you to plaster all over the media that this was an innocent woman" after saying he has no idea what was in her heart or her head. But it's ok for the administration to plaster all over the media that she was a violent terrorist who was stalking ICE?

Oh-oh, guess Vance is looking for a death penalty prosecution against George Soros for fundng protests resulting in death.

This was clearly not a justifiable shooting.

There is clear video showing:

1. she wasn't blocking them and in fact waved them through, let the first ICE vehicle pass, but the second one decided to harrass her instead.

2. she wasn't trying to run anyone over, the wheels of her car clearly indicate she was trying to steer away from the ICE agents and avoid them rather than hit them.

And now ICE and the FBI are trying to cover it up.

The New York Times, the Washington post, both have concluded the agent was not in the vehicles path when shots fired.
What’s this Ice workers name, anyway?

'I made her come down here, it’s my fault,' she could be heard saying at one point, through tears. 'They just shot my wife.'

I guess, in the same way that she’d be responsible for buying the dress she got raped in.

We all know that it means, but responsibility lies with the murderer that shot a women in broad daylight. It’s all on video, feel free to watch it.

It does destroy the narrative that she wasn’t there to protest

If ICE are to be considered legitimate law enforcement officers, this killing needs to have a complete investigation and by state officials, not the FBI.

If the shooter doesn’t stand trial, then IcE are thugs and cannot be allowed to roam our streets.

Yes, my sibling has is a prosecutor who investigated officer involved shootings. They do not hide evidence, they write a clear report and make it available.

The officer violated policy and created a dangerous situation that led to someone's death and endangered his colleagues.

Vance isn’t a prosecutor. He’s too busy spending every waking moment on Twitter.

There was no "jumping in front of the car".

The ICE agents were preparing to arrest the decedent. The ICE officer shooter had walked in front of the car, which was going in reverse, preparing to arrest her. The victim suddenly placed the car in drive, hit the accelerator in a reckless fashion, then hit the ICE agent with her vehicle (Honda Pilot).

One point of view is that the reckless driver attempting to escape law enforcement officers presented a danger to the community especially so after hitting an ICE agent with her SUV.

Unfortunately, people will interpret the video as they wish to support their political leanings.

Lawyers - do ICE agents have jurisdiction to arrest a someone for blocking a street lane? I am asking out of genuine curiousity.

Yes. Obstruction of justice; obstruction of a law enforcement officer in the performance of his/her duties.

Other cars went around her without problem. Why did this one stop and shoot her? What "justice" was being conducted by the officer that shot her at that time?

Why is she using her car to block and decide who gets by? is she in charge of traffic?

What does it matter? How does that even justify the second and third shots through the driver’s side window?

How many time are you allowed to fire if someone is trying to kill you with their car?

LEO training says zero times. Do not shoot at a moving/fleeing vehicle or person.

There are very special circumstances when firing into a moving car is warranted but otherwise, killing the operator of a moving vehicle is a big time no-no for obvious reasons. Any street cop knows this but this idiot wasn't a street cop and hence the larger problem.

So cops are not trained to cover with lethal in this scenario? Did you attend a Learing Center for your POST certification?

No, dimwit, cops are not trained to use deadly force when there is no imminent danger. Firing multiple rounds into the driver's side window of a vehicle is the definition of using deadly force when it's not necessary. Don't believe me? Ask any cop worth their badge. Cops are trained protectors. Not trained to kill. Idiot

Yes, and even if he had been in danger (which the video contradicts) continuing to fire into the side windows removes the self defense justification. Especially since it looks like those are the bullets that killed her.

Let's find a case where somebody was trying to kill somebody with a car and we can discuss.

Google is your friend (and this happened in NOVA, no less):

“ Incident Overview
In the early hours of February 25, 2006, an off-duty Alexandria police officer shot and killed 18-year-old Aaron Brown at an IHOP restaurant in Alexandria, Virginia. The incident occurred after Brown and his friends left the restaurant without paying their bill.
Details of the Shooting
Time and Location: The shooting took place around 3:40 a.m. in the parking lot of IHOP located at 6254 Duke Street.
Circumstances: The officer, who was working a security detail, was alerted by a restaurant employee about the unpaid bill. When he attempted to stop the group, Brown was a backseat passenger in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee that allegedly moved toward the officer. Fearing for his safety, the officer fired at the vehicle.
Outcome: Brown was struck and died at the scene. None of the other occupants or the officer were injured.
Investigations and Reactions
Investigations: Following the shooting, both a criminal investigation and an internal police review were initiated. The officer was placed on administrative leave.”

This case isn’t analogous and the prosecutor’s conclusions were highly controversial at the time.

In the end the officer was suspended, the APD changed/refined their training and procedures and the city paid over a million to the victim’s family.

Sadly, cops are trained to kill.
