I think he's totally capable of being a raging creep, as the plane incident clearly showed, but I also believe she manipulated the situation to get the outcome she desired. The kids, all for her. And as much money as possible. If she had supported a reasonable degree of co-parenting and hadn't sold majority control of the chateau to a hostile investor, this would have been settled a long time ago. Brad should not have reneged on the agreement of the sell by adding a NDA, and then offering ten-million-dollars less than the Russian. He should have matched the offer and removed that stupid NDA. What does he want now? He can't get the 50% control of the winery back. What exactly does he want from Angelina Jolie at this point? He is showing his vengeful, abusive behavior and hiding by PR.

Otherwise, she could have declined the NDA and told him to match the counter-offer or else. It was never about the NDA. Let them go to court. It's not going to court with her getting his emails/text messages about the abuse.

The detailed account of his abuse is already out there. Unless there's more, he has little to lose at this point. She has a lot to lose, both in terms of PR and monetarily. If he does settle, we'll know there is a lot more to his abuse. If not, he feels in the right and confident he'll win. We shall see.

But back to the kids--they only see that their dad is continuing to hurt and upset their mom. They wouldn't understand this from his perspective, but maybe they will when they're older.

But isn't his story that the detailed account of the abuse that's public here is fake? He's going to be caught in a lie with his own words. Not to mention the discussions to burry the abuse with his PR company. He has FAR more to lose. Thats why he was fighting so hard to prohibit her from talking about.

He said she changed and embellished her account. She did change it. And we only have her account on the record. We'll see if there's more to it.And there's always the possibility he was too drunk to remember all the details.
