Porcelain wasn’t an option when we bought…design center said most people do it afterwards, but we have a two story family room so maybe it’s different.

Did anyone get landscaping/patio done through Toll Landscaping? If so, did you find the prices reasonable? We can’t tell if their prices and options are worthwhile. Would appreciate any thoughts.
Thanks

Thank you, single story great room here so you are right, that could be why it is being offered as an option for us.

Does anyone have information on the time frame of the tear down of the houses that are on Quince Orchard Road and are part of the development? Looks like they may be getting rid of the trailer 1st since there is a pile of trash in the yard. Can't happen soon enough, in my humble opinion.

Definitely hire an independent professional home inspector to perform pre-drywall inspection.

I see there is another Toll Brothers community in Bethesda coming up - Amalyne collection. Does anyone know the anticipated starting price for those homes?

Not sure but will probably start in the upper millions. It looks like most of the lots are small and it's going to be like townhouse living.

Yeah, it is much crammed than Mount Prospect.

If you look at some of the floorplans, they are very very similar to the Hamlet Esworthy and Hamlet Travilah, but with slight mods. The exterior elevations are totally different though. I like Mt. Prospect's better.

Having bought at Mt Prospect, I highly recommend you get whatever options you want through the builder. They do a great job and while it may appear cheaper to do afterwards, it’s really not. We’re paying the same to do things Toll offered and it’s costing us the same if not more. Maybe it’s the pandemic demand, but no point in skimping when you’re paying this much.
