Yeah I'm sure the remote hacker who had the password to his work computer, bank account and family Instagram account just used it to download child porn to a secret partition on his work computer and nothing else.

But the burden is not on him to prove it wasn't his computer. The burden is on the prosecution to prove Josh Duggar was knowingly in possession of this material.

Pretty easy burden to prove when the FBI surveillance team is on his @ss.

Reminds me of that idiot Annapolis couple that tried to sell American intelligence secrets, not only were they ratted out by a foreign country, but the FBI was watching their every move for months too.

PP here - I haven't been following the evidence closely, but that seems problematic for Duggar!

I’m not computer savvy so I don’t understand what I’m about to repeat, but I heard they refuted any possibility of remoting in and were able to prove the downloads were done at a time they have photos of Josh at the computer while they were surveilling him.

Oh that's brilliant. That's just LOVELY. His Defense attorneys have nothing - they can't counterdict an FBI surveillance team watching him access the computer with the same password and download the porn. His butt is fried.

Is this accurate? I haven't read elsewhere that the FBI had photos of him on the computer at the exact time that the material was downloaded. Not saying I've followed it super closely, though.

The DD video was fragmented, and was not viewable, but after the evidence that came out yesterday, the reporting is going to stop saying “kids as young as 7,” as that is not accurate. If you want to hear why, feel free to watch yesterday’s coverage of what happened in court. He tried to blame two close friends, who weren’t at the dealership when it was downloaded. Also, the feds found Josh’s name and address in the partitioned side of the computer.

I’m fairly confident he will be spending decades in federal prison. His enabling family members can rot in hell. It’s obvious they don’t care about girls.

NP. This hack is NOT a journalist!! Breaking the link in the quote, to not inadvertently drive more clicks to her "reporting".

Pardon me. I’ve been following several people who are reporting on what’s happening in the courtroom. I mixed her up with Anna Darling, who is an actual journalist.

The YouTube person is a blogger, who’s been reporting courtroom facts on YouTube videos, along with info from sources close to the family. You can take it or leave it.

Emily D Baker has been going over the court documents.

PP. My sincere apologies for getting a little um passionate in my reply. Was meant towards the YouTuber not the poster here. So sorry!

Yes the computer specialist (?) they had in yesterday proved it all.

Josh had MESSAGES to his WIFE "still at work" at the EXACT time that the images were being viewed.

I will be very glad when he’s convicted and imprisoned for a very long time. His wife cannot be a well person.

Yes, I've read this before, but this is hardly the same as what the PP above was saying -- that the FBI has pics of him at his computer at tthat time bc he was under surveillance by the FBI.

?
Are we back to somehow blaming the wife? If not what do these sentences have to do with each other?

I assume because she's not taking her chance to escape from him and taking the kids with her. She's been brainwashed by a cult.

What part of "well" do you not understand? PP was not blaming the wife. The wife is not well. She has spent her entire life brainwashed. What can you expect of such a person? Not much.

He sent photos of cars, and was texting his wife, and I think someone else when the CSAM videos/pics were being downloaded. The FBI didn’t see it, or photograph it. He took a photo inside the car lot office, with the HP in the photo, within minutes of the download.

They got this info from a backup of his iPhone that was saved on his Mac.

I'm pretty clear on the definition of "well". Thanks for your reply I guess, but I'd prefer to hear from the poster, thanks!

I did read in one of the updates that a photo was presented that appeared to show Josh in the reflection of the computer screen. It was very confusing because it was just a short snippet from someone in court and never explained more. Was it him goofing around with his phone and accidentally snapping a photo of his monitor that the agents found while doing the forensic examination of his phone? I think that might have been it because the Agent who got the hit on the CP download said that her computer runs nonstop looking for pings and it was a few days after the CP had been downloaded that she saw it in the log/reports s on her machine.

I do know that in court they have laid out a very specific timeline like (this are not correct times, just an example) 4:47 pm: Tor accessed; 4:50 pm: CP download started; 4:50 pm: Josh Duggar's phone takes a photo of a paper note on his desk; 5:10 pm: CP files extracted; 5:15: Josh Duggar's phone took photo of a VIN number picture on the computer (which is also when there could have been a reflection of him); 5:20 pm: Josh Duggar texted Anna that he was still at work with a customer.

I'm in finance and remote into a certain PC each day when I work from home. We had to set it up this way when the pandemic hit because of security issues with people accessing the financial information from possibly unsecure locations. Anyway, it's like 6 people who have to remote into this PC. It's VERY obvious when I'm working remotely on the PC and someone else logs on. They take over control for a moment and then we are both fighting for control of the system until they realize someone else is using it. I've also been back in the office in person and seen what the PC looks like when someone else remotes into it. There's no way Josh could have sat there and NOT noticed someone remoting into his PC because they would be moving the cursor and changing the screens.

The fact that he had the audacity to not take the deal and go through with this trial is just fking astounding. I don't know what BS Jim Bob has fed him about his chances of getting off, but I don't think so. One person on Friday reported that after the jury was shown certain photos, they cried and others had tears in their eyes. The. Jury. Cried.
