Nice try staffer. You don’t have ECNL registered to avoid embarrassment and being naked in front of the soccer community. You have red and black teams in the lowest brackets of the tournament in just about every age group. Those are the teams that feed your so called ECNL level.

Dummy, the feeder of any ECNL and GA would be players from other clubs unless their current players become better and faster.

How did 08 GA and ECNL games go today?

Loudoun also won.

Loudoun 07 won.

That is good because

06 VDA 4 Lo 1
04 VDA 3 Lo 0
02/03 VDA 5 Lo 0

Nothing new under the sun.

It’s safe to say they can replace the L in Loudoun with the L for Loser

Except for the 07 and 08 teams that formed post ECNL entry. They are #1 and #2 in the state. Boom.

A) your club has an average of 5 tiers/teams per age group and gender. U9-19 that’s 10 years. So give or take around 85-95 teams total in travel. Boasting about 2 from that sample is close to less than 5% of ‘successful’ teams. But, I guess that speaks volume a of how down your expectations have dropped.

B) your hideous and borderline criminal recruiting process has single-handedly dismantled other local teams in the area. You robbed my DD’s team of their 3 best players. That’s not Loudoun’s development. That’s Loudoun’s MO.

Spring 2020 anyone?

Took a quick glance over their ncsl scores... rather embarrassing. Especially against local clubs. No wonder the mass exodus that’s taking place.
As for ECNL, I don’t see scores posted and last year’s don’t seem to be available. Lady Luck is on Loudoun’s side in that regard... until they’re available again!

Which team did the 3 players that left your DD’s team make?

My daughters are playing college. But they used to be part of Loudoun when they weren’t only and exclusively about sustaining the lifestyles of 5-6 individuals. Now they’re a shell of what they used to be. Shameful. I have some friends in different clubs that used to coach at Loudoun and what they’ve seen and experienced is truly flabbergasting.

When did the new management take over? When were the TD and DOC brought?

HAHAHA. Thank you for the trolling comedy. The LS 07s are #1 in VA. The LS 08s are #2 in VA. The LS 09s are #3 in VA.

For those ages, that's better than every area club and than what Loudoun "used to be".

ECNL has given this club the platform they never had and now the talent LS always had is finally staying at the club.

Typical Loudoun thought processes at work: 1) the kids who are “best” at 8 will always continue to be the best as they age up. 2) GotSoccer’s rankings mean something — even if Loudoun’s 08s are clearly not on the level of Richmond, VDA, MD United, etc and Loudoun’s 09s had 0 wins and 3 ties at OBGC. 3) Rosters are static even if jumping from CCL to ECNL - just fill your roster out with kids from the 2nd team. Other clubs add a good deal of talent when they transition to a higher league, but doesn’t happen at LS.

You can think things will be different because of ECNL, but look at the Boys side. They’ve had DA and now ECNL for a long time and look at their results in those age groups 05, 06, 07. 07s 8-0 loss to Richmond United, 4-0 loss to VDA, 5-2 loss to SYC. 06 boys lost 6-0 to SOCA, 05 boys with a 4-0 loss to Herndon. Coming from DA, they should be able to hang with DA and roll over the rest.

The LS haters are grasping for a lifeline. Seriously, those of you who give Loudoun zero credit sound desperate. You are in complete denial or have not been paying attention to youth soccer for a last few years.

Nobody is asking you to praise LS but give us all a break.

Credit for what? A large player pool?

Loudoun has always had a large player pool. What's your excuse for losing to them now?

Lmao man I love DCUM. I seriously get abs workout with some of these phony parents justifying their club because they need to post their hashtags on their pages.

The only losing club here is Loudoun. If leagues didn’t post scores you could keep accepting getting robbed. But the truth is we soccer community get to see your teams not just lose, but seriously get a double fisting with these terribly embarrassing scores.

I was going to ask, where’s the self love/respect? Then again, it’s all about money and politics there.

I just wish Loudoun used their war chest either on a) Directors with real bona fides or b) to scale back at the director level and throw that $ at top coaches. Their resources are so, so far beyond other local clubs. Take a look at their financials some time. They should be on the level of top clubs on the East Coast - PDA, TopHat, etc. Instead they spend their time elbowing every other club in Loudoun out of every square inch of field space, keeping around their same old cast of directors and ‘top’ coaches, etc.

Loudoun pays the highest salaries in Virginia. They could bring in the best staff in the state.
