A) your club has an average of 5 tiers/teams per age group and gender. U9-19 that’s 10 years. So give or take around 85-95 teams total in travel. Boasting about 2 from that sample is close to less than 5% of ‘successful’ teams. But, I guess that speaks volume a of how down your expectations have dropped.

B) your hideous and borderline criminal recruiting process has single-handedly dismantled other local teams in the area. You robbed my DD’s team of their 3 best players. That’s not Loudoun’s development. That’s Loudoun’s MO.

That’s going to happen. The better players will migrate to ECNL clubs. That’s how it goes. Don’t be bitter about it, just do the best for your DD.

Did these 3 players go from FCV to Loudoun? It stinks for the team and families losing the players for sure. But what comes around goes around. FCV has been doing that to Loudoun and other clubs like SYA for the last 7-8 years. Even coaches directly recruiting other club’s players. I doubt very much that these 3 players were contacted by Loudoun

Took a quick glance over their ncsl scores... rather embarrassing. Especially against local clubs. No wonder the mass exodus that’s taking place.
As for ECNL, I don’t see scores posted and last year’s don’t seem to be available. Lady Luck is on Loudoun’s side in that regard... until they’re available again!
