It’s hard to know without knowing the specifics about how many calories you were consuming before vs now. You could still be consuming more calories than you need, especially if you’re still snacking during the day. |
| Hi Op - please try for an additional week. Increase your water, add some healthy fat to your meals, track your food using the Lose it app, and try to increase your steps. I think you will be very pleased with your next weigh in. I hope you will come back and share. Proud of you!!! |
| For 3 days eat your normal and track your calories with a scale! Then eat less daily and watch your weight scale go down! |
