Everyone hates parent coaches but the ones without kids in the game are clearly just trying to make a profit. There’s no real interest or motivation to develop talent...they only hope they get some talent that they can then market to get others to sign up.

Empty promises. Then 3-4 years go by and the parents are left scratching their heads..

in fairness, its not like girls are leaving better clubs to join them. Its mostly girls who are at the low end of travel lacrosse. is YJMA a top club, not even close. Is it significantly worse than other clubs at this level like Jets, Rebels, MadLax, VaMetro? probably not either

^That is all fine and a correct assessment. The big issue though, is that the Director is making promises that YJMA is at the top end of the elite clubs and they will play in those same tournaments etc. That is obviously not the Case, and any talent they still have is going to continue to leave to better, more established and real programs. The reality and expectations of the club don't align and that is the big problem with YJMA.

1000% agreed with the previous poster. YJMA is a joke, and the Director thinks she's god's gift to coaching, little does she know, we all see right through her.

Hopefully the Queen is reading this and realizing that she just needs to take the ball and go home and turn over the program to someone that is ethical and doesn't make false promises. I really do hope she realizes the mass exodus that is going to occur this summer. Case closed!
