OP this thread is long and torturous. If you're still around, I just wanted to say go for it. Many women can and do have big healthy babies, through their early to mid 40s. This was a new kind of thing about 30 years ago, now its very much the norm in many places. I truly hope everything works out for you.

This is mostly due to donor eggs and/or IVF. It is pretty unlikely that the OP will have a full term healthy baby at her age when she's never had a baby before.
