My Russian dad is a feminist, my Russian brother is a feminist, my Russian husband is a feminist, my Russian ex is a feminist. My American ex is a feminist too I guess, I was raised by men who see women as equals so I gravitate towards such men. Are there other men out there? Yes, but I actively avoided them. As to sexiness, in my limited experience of N=4, Americans are the best lovers Spanish and some Brazilian men are the hottest!

The only American I ever slept with impressed me very little, so it totally depends on your sample. No experience with Russians, but I am from another Eastern European country and I had a few great lovers from that part of the world.

Russian men are like all other men - some will work for you and some won't. They "typically" don't find American women attractive as a class but it's all individual.

Here's a general rule though, from someone born and raised in Russia - dismiss from your consideration any Russian woman who says Russian men are trash.
