I find Russians very sexy. Both men and women are nice looking. They are not overly friendly to strangers and it takes them time to warm up to people. They are very blunt and will state their opinion very openly. I find this bluntness refreshing and their wariness and reserve with new people understandable.

They are also very well read and intelligent, another plus in my book.

I know a lot of Russian men because I live in Kiev. Russian--and Ukrainian--men are almost universally heavy smokers and drinkers, which is why their life expectancy is so low. In addition, even if you do snare a Russian man, he will almost certainly cheat on you because this is how their culture works: it is considered bad manners to point out to a woman that her spouse is cheating, but it is expected that he WILL cheat (only men, not women). There is a cultural phenomenon in which most beautiful young women at university have a "sponsor", which is an older, married man who gives her spending money and buys her things in exchange for sex; this is so widespread as to be unremarkable here. Russian men are hideously chauvinistic, and discuss and treat women like pieces of meat: oh, and if you are older than 30, you are garbage to most Russian men, unless you are a celebrity. There is a very, very good reason why women here throw themselves at Western men and strive to get a Western husband. So, no, I don't find Russian men attractive. At all. I don't think you would, either, if you saw them in their natural habitat.
