37 years old 8 eggs retrieved 5 fertilized 3 made it to day 5 1 transferred on day 5 = BFP 2 remaining did not make it to day 6 for freezing 2nd cycle: 39 years old 6 eggs retrieved 2 fertilized 1 transferred on day 3 = still waiting on results 1 remaining did not make it to day 6 for freezing |

39 years -6 follicles, 2 eggs, both fertilized but didn't make it to day 5.
I thought it was an age issue but I see that many of you have much more at this age... Disappointed |

30 years old IVF #1 - BFN 8 eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized, transferred 1 and 1 made it to freeze IVF #2 - Freeze all 14 eggs retrieved, 8 fertilized, 6 made it to freeze FET #1 - transferred one 4AA blast with a BFP My story and others show how much can improve from 1 cycle to the next based on tinkering with the meds. The first cycle can sometimes be a trial run. Hope this helps! |

We have always done PGD/PGS and the single-gene testing, plus aneuploidy. In the cycles after having baby, I've seen more issues with other genetic issues in the embryos. |
