39 years -6 follicles, 2 eggs, both fertilized but didn't make it to day 5.

I thought it was an age issue but I see that many of you have much more at this age... Disappointed

Knowing which clinics would make this thread even more interesting.

IVF #1 - BFN
8 eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized, transferred 1 and 1 made it to freeze

IVF #2 - Freeze all
14 eggs retrieved, 8 fertilized, 6 made it to freeze

FET #1 - transferred one 4AA blast with a BFP

My story and others show how much can improve from 1 cycle to the next based on tinkering with the meds. The first cycle can sometimes be a trial run. Hope this helps!

Need to send out for 5-day PGD

Can you explain this, please?

We have always done PGD/PGS and the single-gene testing, plus aneuploidy. In the cycles after having baby, I've seen more issues with other genetic issues in the embryos.

7 frozen (elected to do freeze-all due to high e2 levels to avoid OHSS)
Recently transferred one frozen blast. First ever BFP!
